Metering pump UG

The UG series of plunger dosing electric pumps is suitable for dosing highly aggressive chemical products, acids and bases, hydrocarbons and solvents.

These pumps are mainly used for dosing in the food, pharmaceutical, agriculture, galvanic, water treatment, chemical, oenology, cosmetics, petrochemical sectors.

The flow rate ranges from 2.8 to 347 liters/hour with maximum pressures up to 150 Bar.

The flow rate adjustment is carried out manually with the piston stroke or, on request, via an electromechanical or inverter positioner, also with an external 0-20 mA signal.

Overall dimensions

Building materials

The parts in contact with the pumped liquid are made of materials with high chemical and mechanical resistance, in particular the piston is made of technical ceramic with 99.9% alumina or AISI 316 or 420 stainless steel according to the desired application. The head and mechanical components are in PVC or AISI steel made by mechanical machining from solid, to maximize the quality of the finished product compared to injection-molded solutions.
